Warranty Policy
【ED Series’ Warranty Policy】
1. Warranty Period: 13 months after shipment date from Winnoz’s consigned warehouse.
2. Warranty Coverage: The scope of warranty only covers the eGGi Device (DD-001) and eazyOne Device(DD-B001), hereinafter referred to as the “Device”. Specifically, the scope of warranty does not include:
- Consumable products.
- Accessories of the Device (such as power cords, adapters, etc.).
- The Device purchased from channels other than directly from Winnoz, Winnoz’s authorized distributors, agents, or other business partners (including but not limited to second-hand Device or those acquired from any party without proper sales authorization).
- The Device damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, abnormal overuse, negligence, abuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, or modification, unintended or improper testing, or factors beyond the Device itself, including but not limited to, temperatures or humidity beyond usage specifications, power surges, power spikes, power outages, or unforeseen disasters.
- The Device with “missing” or “damaged” warranty labels.
3. Terms and Conditions:
The following precautions should be observed when applying for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) process.
- Winnoz will first check the eligibility of the Device for RMA processes. If the Device are not within the scope of warranty, Winnoz reserves the right to decline RMA services, even if it is still within the warranty period. RMA applicant shall bear all the costs (including but not limited to shipping or inspection service fee) for returning the Device once Winnoz declines RMA services.
- Winnoz will perform comprehensive inspections on RMA Device to diagnose malfunctions and identify their causes.
- Within the warranty period, Winnoz offers free basic maintenance for Devices. RMA applicant is responsible for arranging shipment and covering the shipping costs to return the RMA Device to Winnoz. Winnoz will bear the shipping costs to return the repaired Device to the applicant.
4. Software Maintenance: During the warranty period, Winnoz provides free basic software maintenance services. However, for any updates, new features, or enhancements to the software originally installed on the Device, the service fee will be charged. A quotation will be provided in advance, and upon approval from the customer and completion of payment, the service will proceed.
【Out-of-warranty repairs】
1. For the Device that requires a repair service beyond the warranty period, Winnoz will assess repair and parts costs after inspection of the faulty items.
2. A quotation for the repair fees will be provided in advance, and upon approval from the applicant and completion of payment, the repair will proceed.
3. The applicant is responsible for both the round-trip shipping costs and the repair fees for out-of-warranty repairs.
4. We encourage customers to explore our latest product offerings to benefit from advanced features and functionalities.
5. If you decline the repair, we will still charge a diagnostic fee and round-trip shipping costs.
6. Purchasing this Device implies agreement with Winnoz’s repair policy.
