Troubleshooting for Haiim
Problem: Haiim does not enter airtight (blue light) mode, or enters airtight mode but no suction is experienced.
Please confirm that the Cassette position should be correctly aligned with the micro-collection tube.
Make sure the cassette is attached to the main device well. Insert the cassette parallel to the table.
Do not tilt the cassette to attach it to the main device.
Ensure the subject's finger is relaxed and in the correct position.
If none of the above steps work, try replacing the cassette. Contact us if the problem persists.
Problem: Haiim device light changed from blue to green during blood collection.
Relax your wrist, hand, and finger. It is recommended to use a blood collection pillow.
Try to keep your finger straight while remaining relaxed.
Do not push down on the cassette or otherwise apply pressure with your hand.
Try to stay relaxed and avoid moving the finger during blood collection. Contact us if the problem persists.
Problem: Blood splashed upwards and blocked the filter.
Replace the cassette. Ensure that the new cassette is assembled and inserted into the main device correctly.
Problem: Need to acquire greater blood collection volume.
Use a new cassette (and a new microtube if appropriate) and perform a second blood collection using the same fingerprick site. Ensure that the new cassette is assembled and inserted into the main device correctly.

Problem: The data cannot be opened, or the file format is corrupted due to incorrect saving.
